An exhibition of works by ten artists from the Kalakar Sangh Punjab was held at the International Roerich Memorial Trust in Naggar from 25 to 27 April. The chief guest at the inauguration of the exhibition was Chhavinder Singh Thakur, a senior advocate and journalist from Manali city. The guest of honour extended a warm welcome to all the invited artists, expressing their appreciation for their works and encouraging all the participants of the exhibition to collaborate further.

Artists Manpreet Kaur, Naveen Kumar, Harish Verma, Ankush Athi, Leena, Arvinder Kaur, Varinder Singh, Jaswant Singh, Babita and Radha Manchanda presented their works for the exhibition. Three of the artists were able to attend the inauguration in person.

The guests found the expressiveness, colourfulness and diversity of the paintings on display to be a particular highlight, with works ranging from landscapes of the Himalayas and Punjab, to architectural monuments of Rajasthan and Buddhist stupas, as well as unique depictions of Radha and Krishna. Each artist has their own unique style, but all are united by a love for nature, beautiful creations of human hands and the desire to bring their beauty and spiritual depth to every viewer.

Larisa Surgina, the Russian curator of IRMT, and Suresh Kumar, the Indian curator, thanked the artists for the wonderful exhibition and wished them success on their further creative path.
